Sharon Kovaks, Creating an Indoor Garden

Jenny Koropatnicki - Spring Cleaning for the Body: Principles of Detoxification
Toxins can be the main culprit in disease and poor health. In the world we live in today, we can be bombarded with toxins: environmental, emotional, food additives, etc. Being more informed can add greater perspective towards making healthier choices. When our bodies are relieved from excess toxicity, they can work more optimally and leave us in a state of well-being on many different levels. HAHN member Jenny Koropatnicki is a Certified Natural Health Practitioner. She will guide us through the principles of detoxification. Information booklets will be provided. This lecture will equip you with the knowledge to address toxicity issues. Jenny can be reached at the Health and Wellness Centre, 23 King St. E., Stoney Creek, which offers nutritional supplements, specialty deli and smoothies, customized aromatherapy, and a therapeutic spa.

Joan De New - Soul’s Purpose Dowsing
Joan De New, founder of HAHN, past president of the Canadian Society of Dowsers, and an ordained healing minister with the Church of Healing Energy, will be introducing us to soul’s purpose dowsing, a specialized area of dowsing which she has been exploring for the past eight years. She has dowsed for clarity on soul’s purpose for close to 1,000 people, and has found the system she learned from holistic chiropractor Dr. Herbert Parker very useful in understanding how people can achieve their soul’s goals in life, and how interactions with family, colleagues and friends can be enhanced with insight. Joan will begin the evening with a preparatory meditation centering on the Aramaic teachings of Jesus, then provide a brief orientation to dowsing before introducing the use of the soul’s purpose dowsing charts. Small group members will help one another identify their soul’s purposes with dowsing. Joan will later comment on the significance of the data, and how it can become an ongoing guide in life. Handouts will be provided for future reference.

"I'm Coming Out"
After our annual meeting and election of officers, we will be doing activities that show how we are "coming out" as healers and lightworkers. Andrea will be facilitating the meeting, which will consist of a guided meditation, an opportunity for each member and guest to speak about his/her healing path, and small group activities. The theme for the upcoming year is to let our light shine brighter and brighter.
